Yes, it's Skipper with flowers (yes those white dots are flowers too) in his mane. <

The white flowers were in his mane when he was laying down in the pasture, he probably rubbed his head (likes rubbing his head) on one of the neighbors' bushes and that's how it got there.

The purple lilacs got there because ~rolfwolf and I.
Rolfwolf came up with the idea of cutting some of the lilacs off the bush we have and putting it in his mane, so since Rolf was holding Belle I cut some of the lilacs off and took one of my rubber-bands on my hair (I always wear two in 1 pony-tail, habit from gymnastics to keep my hair from falling out and it just never died out.) and put it in his mane. <

We went to visit Skipper a few hours ago and he's doing really good! The flowers are still in his mane and he's acting normal.
"hey why are we here? did you guys finally decide to take me to another horse show? wow I am so pumped."
