It's Arawn (AGAIN) xD I thought about drawing Vulture but Rolf had already drawn him (and so I used it as an excuse to draw the awesome Arawn again hahahaa)
I'm sorry it's late! I've been so bad with drawing lately, ugh.

His forelock is so cartoony, haha. xD
Not sure if making his eyebrows white worked out for this one -- I just couldn't decide which looked better for this drawing..
